Agreement herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision

has authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of the other. Therefore
the Customer acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, agency,
or employment relationship exists between the Customer and OneCrazyFan.com.
POSTINGS: By using OneCrazyFan.com, you agree
that you (the Customer) will not post any of the following material in
our Forums, Bar Locator, or any other form of communications within on
the Site: · Material which abuses, Stalks or threatens others · Unauthorized
copyrighted material. · Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation
You also agree to not use the Service to: · post, upload ,email, transmit
or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, threatening,
abusive, harassing ,harmful , tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous,
invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable · impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise

you agree that responsibility for such postings lies entirely with the
Customer. You also agree that all posted material becomes the property

for any reason. Users are required to enter a username and password on
Fan Forums, OneCrazyFan.com does not attempt to restrict or encourage
usage of such a name by any other person, and makes no warranty as to
damages that may be caused or incurred by the use of that name by any
user. ("Customer")

subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks,
and trade names are proprietary to One Crazy Fan, Inc., or its affiliates. No material from
any OCF Site or any Internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us or our affiliates
may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted,transmitted, or distributed in any way,
except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal,
noncommercial home use only, provided that (i) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary
notices, (ii) you make no modifications to the materials, (iii) you do not use the materials in a

no warranty expressed or implied, including any warranty for information,
products, or services provided by, through, or in connection with OneCrazyFan.com.
The Customer acknowledges that neither OneCrazyFan, inc., OneCrazyFan.Com
nor any of its agents, providers, or affiliates shall be liable or responsible
for any damages or injury caused by any other customers or third-parties,
and that the risk of any injury or damage lies entirely with the Customer.
The Customer acknowledges that OneCrazyFan.com or OneCrazyFan, Inc is
not responsible or liable for any damages or injury caused by any links
from the Site to other web sites, and shall not be held responsible for
any damages or injury caused by failed or missing links. The Customer
acknowledges that OneCrazyFan.com or OneCrazyFan, Inc is not responsible
or liable for any damages or injury caused by or incurred at an event
posted on the site or events held by anyone that linked to by OneCrazyFan.com.
INDEMNIFICATION: The Customer agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless or responsible OneCrazyFan.com from any dispute arising
from a breach of the Agreement, any and all expenses related as well as
claims to the Customer's violation of the Agreement.
TERMINATION OF USER ACCOUNTS / PASSWORDS/ SERVICE:
The Customer's account or access rights to the Site OneCrazyFan.com may
be terminated at any time if OneCrazyFan.com believes the Customer has
abused or violated the Agreement in any manner. OneCrazyFan.com has the
rights to Block, Ban or reports actions or violations of the Agreement.
MERGER AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes
the entire agreement between OneCrazyFan.com and the customer with respect
to the content contained within this Agreement, and supersedes all other
proposals, agreements, and written or oral communications between the
two parties. Upon notice through the Site OneCrazyFan.com has the rights
to modify this agreement at any time. Any use of the Site after such notice
shall constitute acceptance of such modifications by the Customer.
GOVERNING LAW FOR DISPUTES: The Customer agrees
that any breach of the Agreement or dispute arising from the terms of
the Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
The Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction and venue by the state and
Federal courts of the State of Pennsylvania for all disputes.
