1. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the US, 18 years of age and older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of One Crazy Fan inc. ( www.onecrazyfan.com ) or MLV ( www.mlv.com ) and the parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of household of each of the above.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Register each contest by completing the online form with your full name, complete address, including zip code, daytime phone number and age to info@onecrazyfan.com, ONE ENTRY PER PERSON . You must supply a valid e-mail address to win. If the e-mail address supplied is not valid, your entry will be disqualified.

One Crazy Fan inc. is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

3. HOW TO WIN: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible finalist. Eligible Finalists are entries meeting the "Eligibiliy" above, along with entering the information required on the form. To qualify, entries must be received by 12:00 a.m. (ET) on the October 1st, 2005 for the final drawing. One (1) finalist will be selected on or about Monday October 3rd, 2005. Winner will be notified via e-mail or phone if supplied. Winner must respond to e-mail or phone notification within 48 hours, or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Limit one prize per person or e-mail address. Prize winners and any guests may be required to execute and return, prior and as a condition to receiving the Grand Prize, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. Failure to comply with these rules will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are allowed (except by Sponsors due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted). Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of timely and eligible entries received for the drawing. If (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) the winner declines his or her prize, (iii) the winner or the winner's guest (if applicable) fails to return the affidavit of eligibility and liability release within the timeframe stated or (iv) the winner is unable to attend on date specified, it will result in disqualification of such winner and an alternate winner may be selected by random at Sponsors' discretion. Sponsors will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner but in the event an alternate winner cannot be determined, the prize will go unawarded.

. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not listed as being included, including without limitation, transportation, food and beverage and other personal expenses. No extension of event dates will be granted, except at Sponsors' sole discretion.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Online entries by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors are not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections, including Internet/Web-server/network/phone-line connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, computer or telephone hardware or software failures, malfunctions, or garbled or jumbled transmissions. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, in Sponsors' sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation or play of the sweepstakes, in which case winners will be selected from Internet entries received prior to action taken. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned to the entrants.

7. PUBLICITY: The winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, if legally permissible, the Sponsors listed below (Item 12) have the right to publicize his/her name, likeness, city of residence, and fact that he/she won the sweepstakes, and all matters incidental thereto, without further compensation.

8. TAXES: All applicable local, state and federal taxes, if any, and any and all expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by each winner.

9. LIABILITY: By accepting a prize, winner agrees that none of OneCrazyFan.com , Major League Vacations nor any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliate companies and the agents, employees, directors, or officers of any of the above entities, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this promotion or any prize-related activity.

10. The decision of sweepstakes Sponsors will be final in all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

11. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
